Learn Through Play ABA is founded and led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and brings play‑based ABA therapy into family homes across Bergen County and Passaic County, NJ. Isabel Hait started it because she wanted to own the whole experience a family has with us, from the first phone call to the last session, and make sure every part of it is right. Hablamos español.

A child spends part of the week in session and the rest of it with their family. So we treat three things as equally important, and we do not let one carry the others.
You always know what happened today, what comes next, and who to reach. One of our office staff calls you back within one business day.
Every plan is written and supervised by a BCBA, and it happens where your child lives and plays, with their own toys and their own routines.
We build it into every plan, not around it. Your therapist leaves you with what worked today so it carries into the rest of the week.
None of the three works fully without the other two. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and it is why we grow only as fast as we can keep every family at it.
We take on a new family only when we can give them a full team and a BCBA who has time for them. If we cannot start with your family yet, we will tell you straight away.
Your child’s plan bends to your child, your routines and your priorities, not the other way around.

Isabel has worked in the ABA field for more than 11 years. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst who founded Learn Through Play ABA and leads it clinically. Every plan in the practice is written or supervised by her.
What sets Isabel apart is the way she connects with children. She meets them where they are, figures out what motivates them, and turns everyday moments into chances to learn. She believes great ABA should never feel one‑size‑fits‑all, so she takes the time to understand each child as an individual and works with parents to set goals that are practical, meaningful and built around the family’s priorities.
As a bilingual BCBA, Isabel is especially committed to Spanish‑speaking families in Bergen and Passaic County, so that language is never the reason a child waits for care.

Your child works with a behavior technician who runs sessions in your home, supervised by the BCBA who wrote the plan and reviews progress with you on a regular basis. We hire people who love working with children and who communicate clearly and kindly, and we train them after they start, not only before. As we add clinicians, you will meet them here.
