Our team of dedicated BCBAs and behavior technicians are committed to creating personalized therapy plans that empower children to thrive. We understand that every child is unique and strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential. Our mission is to help each child develop strong skills and independence, by teaching essential everyday skills that enrich their lives and support their families. We believe it takes a village to raise a child, which is why we place strong emphasis on collaborating closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the most compassionate, comprehensive care possible and to help every child succeed.
Isabel Hait is the founder of Learn Through Play ABA and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with a deep passion for helping children thrive.
Originally from Colombia, Isabel brings both professional expertise and personal warmth to every family she works with. She has been BCBA certified since 2023, but her journey in ABA began long before that — spending years as a Registered Behavior Technician and volunteering at summer camps, where she discovered her love for making learning joyful and meaningful for children.
Isabel has a special passion for early intervention, working with children during the most critical window of development, though she welcomes children of all ages and works with each child wherever they are in their journey. Her approach is rooted in creativity, play, and the belief that every child learns best when they are having fun. She is committed to guiding families not just through the start of their ABA journey, but all the way through — celebrating every milestone along the way.
As a bilingual BCBA, Isabel is especially passionate about serving Spanish-speaking families in Bergen County and surrounding areas, ensuring that language is never a barrier to accessing high-quality care.
When she’s not working with children, you’ll find Isabel exploring nature, painting, or diving into something new — a curiosity and creativity that she brings into every therapy session.
